This question shows the employer's interest in your future work strategy. What you want to achieve while working in his company and what he will gain from it. Under no circumstances should you describe unattainable goals.

This seemingly simple question is a tough one. Not only does the recruiter want to know what you know about the job and how seriously you're considering it, but they also want to know if you're able to communicate effectively about work-related topics that you don't yet fully understand. This question is more about showing your interest in the company. Good answers to this question are therefore not necessarily related to a specific job.
