Martin Schneider: The freelance illustrator and design student has been using digital techniques for about two years to paint/draw his still lifes, caricatures and character designs in Photoshop. He can put his seven years of drawing experience to good use, although his painting style and technique can change from time to time.
His previous work has been published in magazines such as Commag Online Magazine, Adobe Inspire Magazine and Lürzers Archiv. As part of the 25th anniversary of Photoshop, Adobe selected him as one of the 25 best visual artists under 25, which earned him international recognition during the PS25Under25 campaign. In contrast to digital techniques, he also enjoys using very traditional methods such as copperplate engraving, etching and linocut. He has also been using these for his illustrations since 2011.
