We want you to reach your goals quickly with TutKit.com content. If you download a design template, you should be able to customize it in no time. If you enhance a lettering using a Photoshop action, this should also work easily.
That's why we prepare our assets and templates so that you can use them easily. For example, you receive many materials in different file formats so that you can work with your favorite software and program version whenever possible. We have also been creating help videos for our content for some time now, as well as PDF instructions in some cases.
But sometimes you may still have questions. To provide you with even more answers, you can now access further help options in addition to our customer support: the blog, our newsletter, notifications and the brand new help center. We explain what you can use which area for and also show you how you won't miss any new content in future - so you stay well informed ...
Find suitable content via categories
To help you find what you're looking for even faster in future, we've introduced a clear category system. In the menu bar, you will now find the four areas for tutorials, assets, templates and theme worlds. Use these to navigate directly to the categories you want. On the category pages, look out for the buttons that allow you to switch between the view for individual content and complete packages.
- All video training courses and e-books can be found under Tutorials.
- In the Assets section, you will find digital work materials such as brushes, textures and mockups.
- You can download the templates to design business cards and brochures, among other things.
- Compilations of tutorials, assets and templates await you in the theme worlds.
Take everything you need with you and discover new content
Since TutKit.com was launched, we have published an average of two new complete packages per week. We also update existing content from time to time. We will inform you about new content in the following places:
- In your dashboard, you will find an area that shows you recently published content.
- In the search and filtering function and on the category pages, new content or content with an update will receive a green new or orange update badge for 10 days.
- Our newsletter and blog will keep you informed about new content.
- Sometimes you will be notified of new features. Look out for the bell symbol in the top right-hand corner.
Blog: Interesting facts and inspiration
Right from the start, TutKit.com had a blog that mainly informed you about new content. We are now expanding this area. We regularly publish articles on important news relating to TutKit.com topics. We also show you how you can use and cleverly combine our content. We also give you inspiring examples. On top of that, you'll get tips and tricks as well as a look behind the scenes.
You can look forward to an exciting mix of inspiration, instructions, experience reports and entertainment. As soon as a new blog post is published, we'll let you know in your dashboard. Good to know: As a member of TutKit.com, you have access to all blog posts!
Newsletter: We'll keep you up to date
If something changes at TutKit.com - for example regarding your membership or your invoices - you will receive an email from us. In addition, you can now also benefit from our newsletter, which informs you regularly about new content and blog posts. It's best to sign up to receive the newsletter right away via your profile settings - that way you'll always be up to date.
Notifications: Look out for the bell symbol
Have you qualified for a new award? A certificate is available for download? Is there new content that might interest you? - TutKit.com notifications will keep you informed about this and much more. The bell symbol in the top right-hand corner indicates that you have received a notification. Click to open the view and take a look at the notification history. If you are not yet receiving notifications, you can activate them at any time in your profile settings.

Whenever you have a question about using TutKit.com, your contract or account, or the use of content, it's worth taking a look at the new Help Center. It is divided into four sections: Using TutKit.com, Watching tutorials, Using assets and Editing templates.
You can find answers to frequently asked and basic questions via the navigation bars or by searching in the Help Center. For example, we explain what assets are, how to install brushes in different programs, exchange images in our Word templates or edit master pages in InDesign.
