Hello Alexander, would you like to introduce yourself to our readers, who you are and what you do for a living?
My name is Alexander Sass and I am 19 years old. I am an apprentice. I'm currently training to be an office administrator at SENIO-VITAL Pflegegesellschaft mbH and I'm still in my first year of training.
How did you first come into contact with our e-learning portal TutKit.com?
I came into contact with TutKit.com through my boss, Mr. Boshold. When training to become an office administrator, you learn how to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs, among other things. Mr. Boshold is very familiar with the programs, but is not always on hand to answer questions. After all, as managing director he has other things to do. He set up an account for me at TutKit.com so that I could check there if I had any questions.
How did you get started with us at TutKit.com?
It was very easy to get started. The platform is very clearly structured with tabs. Under the tabs you can also see which topics are underneath. Of course, there is also a search bar that allows you to quickly find the topic you are looking for using keywords.
For example, we recently covered the topic of charts in Excel. There are also videos on TutKit.com ... So you can easily retrace the steps outside of school.

What TutKit.com content helps you the most in your professional practice?
The tutorials support me the most. As already mentioned, I work a lot with Word, Excel and PowerPoint during my training as an office administrator. The tutorials offer a good introduction. If I have any questions, I can always take another look.
Can you give one or more specific examples of where you received help from our content?
I received specific help with getting started with the programs. At the beginning, I watched all the videos on getting started with Excel and Word. This made it very easy for me to get started with the programs. For example, we recently had the topic of diagrams in Excel. There are also videos on TutKit.com on how to create and edit charts. So you can follow the steps again in a relaxed way outside of school.
Are there any training courses, templates or assets from TutKit.com that you are interested in privately?
Excel, Word and PowerPoint are also exciting for private use. That's one of the reasons why I decided to train as an office administrator, as I want to become more proficient in these programs. Otherwise, to be honest, I'm less interested, as I tend to do sports in my free time.

What professional goals have you set yourself? Are there any ways we can help you achieve them?
I am still very open about my career goals. My current goal is simply to complete my training as well as possible. And TutKit.com also helps here with the tutorials. In the second year of my apprenticeship, I will take my first exam, which will involve working with Word and Excel programs. Before the exam, I can watch videos on TutKit.com about the things I might not be so good at yet.
Who do you think could also benefit from the content on TutKit.com as a learner and user?
In general, I would say that anyone can benefit from it, as many employers require basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In this context, however, students and schools in particular can benefit from TutKit.com. Young people today have a basic knowledge of technology, but we are not professionals in the programs either.
Schools, for example, don't even work directly with the programs mentioned. At my school, for example, LibreOffice was used. It may be that the programs are basically structured in the same way. Nevertheless, students don't work directly with the programs that will later be used in the working world. That was the case for me, for example. TutKit.com offers good tutorials that build on each other and increase in difficulty.
