Step 1: Let's check if we have everything we need, namely paper, scissors, glue, and markers. Then we cut the sheet into two parts. From one part, we make a square.

Step 5: Fold the corner inward and then fold the sheet in the middle. Then take the paper strip that we cut off and fold it in the middle. This will be our broomstick. You need to fold it in a certain way so that it can later be hooked onto the side of the broom and not fall out.

The Importance of Creative Crafting for Child Development

Crafting promotes fine motor skills in children in a playful way. When children cut, glue, and draw, they train the coordination between hands and eyes and strengthen the muscles in their fingers and hands. These skills are very important later when learning to write and for many other everyday activities.

Creative activities also stimulate mental development. They promote spatial thinking, concentration, and problem-solving skills. Through crafting together, you can also better understand your child's strengths and interests, allowing you to support them individually.

This dustpan with broom is not only a great crafting project but can also be used for playing. Children can use it to pick up small pieces of paper, which introduces them to the concept of cleaning up in a playful manner!
