Have you forgotten your password for TutKit.com or would you like to change it? We'll explain how to do it:

Forgotten password and reset

If you have forgotten your password, you can have it reset by our system at any time. To do this, open the TutKit.com login window. You can access it via the little man icon in the top right corner of the main navigation. Then select the option Forgot your password? Click here.

In the following window, enter the e-mail address you used to register on the portal . You will then immediately receive an e-mail from our system. So check your mailbox - if you can't find the e-mail there, please also check the spam folder in your mailbox.

The e-mail contains a link to TutKit.com. Click on it and enter a new password in the mask that opens in your browser, which you will use to log in in the future. Your new password can now be used.

If you continue to have difficulties with the login process, please contact our support team to reset your password and have a new password generated for you.

Change password

You can change your password yourself at any time in your account settings. Click on the profile icon in the right-hand corner of the main navigation, select the My account menu item and then the Password & security tab. There, select the Change password button. First enter your current password and then enter your new password twice. Click on the Save changes button to activate your new password immediately - you can now log in with it.

Rules for password strength

Please note that passwords on TutKit.com must fulfill at least four of the following five conditions to be valid:

• at least 8 characters (up to max. 32 characters)
• at least 1 special character
• at least 1 capital letter
• at least 1 lowercase letter
• at least 1 number
