When paying on account (only for companies, schools and institutional facilities), a payment term of 10 days (depending on creditworthiness) is granted. After booking, your membership will be activated upon receipt of payment. Subsequent invoices will be sent 10 days before the end of the next billing cycle.

For all other payment methods, invoicing and debiting takes place on the same day, provided that these are working days. You may not see the direct debit in your account until a few days after the invoice date.

Contracts are automatically renewed if the contract is not canceled within the notice period. You can find more information about the membership you have booked and your invoices in your account.
