After you have downloaded a single content with an Affinity Photo macro and unpacked the ZIP file, you must import the macro.
Importing macros into Affinity Photo under Windows (AFMACROS file)
To import a macro into Affinity Photo under Windows, proceed as follows:
- Open the Library window via View and Studio.
- Open the selection menu in the top right-hand corner of the Library control panel and select Import macros...
- Select the macro (AFMACROS file) on your computer and import it.
Importing macros into Affinity Photo on MacOS (AFMACROS file)
To import a macro into Affinity Photo on a Mac, you can follow the same procedure as described for the Windows version. Alternatively, you can simply double-click on the AFMACROS file. If this does not work, right-click on the macro file and select Open with. Then search for Affinity Photo and open the file with it.
Using macros in Affinity Photo
Affinity Photo macros contain a series of work steps that are automatically executed when a macro is activated. You can find the macros in the library (View>Studio>Library). To use them, click on the name of the macro set and select the desired macro.
