We always prepare our design templates for print products ready for printing, as far as the respective program allows. For example, you will find a 3 mm bleed in InDesign templates for newspapers and magazines, which is often required for professional printing. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, on the other hand, do not offer an option to manually control the bleed.
Embedded graphics have a high resolution to enable high print quality. However, you should replace any placeholder images used with your own high-resolution content.
Important: Each print shop and your desired print parameters have their own specifications, which you should observe when submitting your final designs.
