In many of our design templates and also in some assets you will find text placeholders for which we use certain fonts. Due to applicable copyright law, no font files are included with the packages.
We recommend working with the originally selected font. However, you can also use the font of your choice when editing. If you want to access the fonts we have used, you will find the fonts we have used with a link to the source in two places:
- In the description of an individual content on TutKit.com.
- In the please read file that you receive when you download an individual piece of content.
Wherever possible, we use fonts that are available free of charge at the time our templates and assets are created and that can also be used commercially. We also check from time to time to see to what extent this is still valid. However, please always check for yourself to what extent the fonts are still available free of charge and under what conditions you download and use them.
Download and install fonts
If you open a design template or an asset in your program and you do not have the font we use installed on your system, you will usually receive a corresponding message. To install the missing fonts, proceed as follows:
- Look in the Please read.pdf or on TutKit.com when viewing the individual content you downloaded to see which font we used. Click on the website we have indicated.
- Download the corresponding fonts from there.
- If you have downloaded a ZIP file, unzip it.
- On Windows, right-click on the files with the fonts and then click on Install. On a Mac, double-click on the font files to install and then select Install.
