Have you already prepared a text in another document and want to insert it into a PowerPoint presentation? Do you want the inserted text to adopt the formatting of the presentation as directly as possible? Then proceed as follows:
- Select the text you want to copy and press Ctrl+C or Cmd+C to copy the text to the clipboard.
- In the presentation, go to the text field into which you want to paste the text and delete the text already there.
- Paste the text using Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.
- A selection menu appears next to the inserted text. Open it and select the option Apply text only.
