To edit a text in Photoshop , activate the text tool via the tools or via the shortcut T. Click in the text field you want to edit and change the text content.

You can change the formatting by selecting the text and making changes to the font, font style, font size and font color via the context menu of the text tool. To change other settings (such as line spacing) for your text, open the Character control panel under Window.

Confirm your adjustments with the checkmark at the top of the menu bar, or the Enter key on the numeric keypad or the shortcut Cmd + Enter or Ctrl + Enter. You can also simply select a different tool to achieve the same effect.
