Details of the content

Airbrush goes digital - learn how to use Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to create professional motifs!

Even those who paint "classically" cannot avoid digital image processing these days. Programs such as Adobe Photoshop make the preparation of motif templates much easier, enable the pre-visualization of designs for the customer and are a basic requirement for the further processing of motifs, e.g. to produce prints, posters or portfolios.

With these aspects in mind, Roger Hassler will give an introduction to working with Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. In addition to an overview of software versions and tools such as the mouse, graphics tablet and pen display, simple basic terms, basic tools and composition techniques are introduced.

Using classic airbrush motifs such as animals, portraits and skulls, he shows how to work with photo templates and how to create your own digital illustrations that can be used as airbrush templates. Topics such as buying photo templates, the right resolution and print preparation are also covered.

Your content in detail - from cropping to digital painting:

  • Pre-visualization of your future artwork
  • Basics in Photoshop CS6, CC and Photoshop Elements
