Create suspenseful scenes with flashing lightning bolts
Is it time for a real weather change in your pictures? - With the help of the 30 brush tips in this pack, you can make brightly glowing lightning flash through your scenes click by click .
Combine cloudy images with twitching lightning bolts
Whenever you want to create a powerful thunderstorm in your photos or composings, use the brushes to add different forms of lightning . Some strike purposefully and with a pronounced column of light from top to bottom. Others, on the other hand, will run finely veined along the sky. The lightning is at its most effective in stormy scenes or in dark night shots. You can also electrify surreal composings and dark art images with the flashes. If you're missing the right stormy sky in your photos, replace the sky with these turbulent cloud images - the perfect background for the bright flashes!
Work with your program: brushes for Photoshop, Affinity Photo & Co
The brushes with the lightning motifs are available in ABR format and can be used in numerous programs, including Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, GIMP, PaintShop Pro, Adobe Fresco and Affinity Photo. To use them, we recommend placing the flashes on a separate layer above your photo or composition. Simply select the desired flash, set the color (white is usually the most effective) and size (up to 2,500 px) and click the glowing structures on the layer.
Want even more effect? Then try the merge mode, especially with dark backgrounds. If you then place two or three copies of the layer with the lightning bolts on top of each other, the lightning bolts will really glow!
