First, open your Word document. Note that you can also print blank documents. I will show you step by step how to optimally print your documents.

To start the printing process, save your document by either clicking "Save" in the quick access toolbar or simply using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S. Saving is an essential step to ensure all your content is captured.

Then, click on "File" at the top left corner of the screen. Here you will open the print options.

Now you will choose the printers set up for your computer. Make sure the desired printer is properly connected.

In this window, you have the opportunity to make various settings. First, you can choose between portrait and landscape orientation. Portrait orientation is set by default.

If you want to customize the page format, you can do so here as well. Simply go to the dropdown menu and choose the desired format.

An important setting pertains to selecting the pages to be printed. You can choose either the current page only or make a specific selection, for example, to print only pages 2 to 4.

Additionally, you have the option to select "Double-sided Printing" if your printer supports it. Otherwise, you can request manual double-sided printing.
